Introduction
‘Pass with Carly’ collects and processes your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice. This notice provides you with information regarding my obligations and your rights in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
‘Pass with Carly’ is owned and run by Carly Cordon. ‘Pass with Carly’ is registered with the Information Commissioners Office, reference ZB409713, under Mrs. Carly Marie Cordon.
Information that I collect from you
‘Pass with Carly’ will collect data directly from you (the customer) during telephone conversations, from email, text messaging or from your parent or anyone else that you give permission to provide such information required to book driving lessons and form a contract. I may also collect payment data from telephone conversations, BACS transfers or from my website.
How I will use your personal data
I use your personal data to provide my services or products to you. I may also use Customer Data to telephone, text and email to ensure you are fully aware of my terms and conditions, booking confirmation and any other information I deem necessary to fulfil my contract with you.
‘Pass with Carly’ use driving lesson recording devices, like dashcams or similar video recording devices that are utilised to enhance your training experience. The data and footage captured may also be used as evidence in the event of an insurance claim or police investigation.
Upon the successful passing of your practical driving test, it’s standard operating practice to request a photograph that I can place on my website and social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Google My Business for marketing purposes. It is your absolute right to refuse or consent to having a photo taken and for its use as part of my marketing strategy.
‘Pass with Carly’ respects your privacy at all times. Your information will never be disclosed or shared with others without your consent, unless required to do so by law.
Sharing or Disclosing Your Personal Data
Whilst I will never disclose or share your data with others without your consent, I use third party processors to provide my services; these companies will process or store your information on our behalf.

I use ‘My Drive Time 2’ for my diary management which is kept secure. I also use MDT2 to book your lessons, store your contact information, record lesson progress and information, record payments etc.

How Long We Retain Your Data
‘Pass with Carly’ I will only keep information obtained via email, text, website for as long as is necessary. For further details on my data retention periods please contact me.
Once you pass your driving test, or if you wish to discontinue lessons with ‘Pass with Carly’ for any reason your account on ‘My Drive Time 2’ will be made inactive and kept inactive for 5 years before being permanently deleted. Records are kept for 5 years in case the information is required again for any reason, and also for tax and accounting purposes.
Where you have consented to ‘Pass with Carly’ using your details for direct marketing, I will keep this data until you notify me or otherwise withdraw your consent.
